ATIS Roads Update - this is an on-going project and our most important work as it is the basis for all GIS work at ADOT. The ATIS Roads GIS coverage is the street centerline file. ATIS Roads has a linear referencing system (LRS) built on it for use in dynamic segmentation of the routes. In other words, ADOT data that is referenced by route and milepost can be "geocoded" to the LRS and displayed on a map. All data in ADOT uses the standard ATIS nomenclature for referencing location.
