Read and follow the instructions carefully for each application template you download. You can save and edit any application you create!

The instructions apply to Office 2003 Word. There may be differences if you are using previous versions of Microsoft Office Word, or Microsoft Office Word 2007.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are using Office 2007 Word, save your application so previous versions of Word can open the file. These instructions are also viewable at Microsoft Office Online, Save a document so that it can be opened in a previous version of Word.

1. Click the Microsoft Office Button and then point to Save As.
2. Click Word 97-2003 Format.
3. Type a name for the application and then click Save.

There are four application templates available. Each application includes instructions on how to download and save.

• Infrastructure Project
• Non-infrastructure Project
• Materials and Regional Support (MRSP)
• Planning Assistance Program (PAP).
