PRIORITY PLANNING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
(PPAC)

PPAC is a statutory public body appointed by the Director of
the Arizona Department of Transportation, and subject to ARS
Title 38 Open Meeting Laws of Arizona. The committee is
responsible for updating and preparing the Five Year Transportation
Facilities Construction Program.

NEWS
Jennifer Toth leads the state’s Planning Division and was appointed June 8, 2009. She oversees the Department’s development of multimodal plans and programs through a collaborative process. She also oversees the research activity of the Department that enables innovation in transportation.
